Bret Griffin
Founder / Principal
Bret Griffin is a serial entrepreneur and U.S. Navy veteran with over 26 years of experience in business development and team building. As the founder and CEO of the GryphClaw suite of companies, he oversees a diverse portfolio of Detroit-based businesses, including Phoenix Integrated Security, Eagle Staffing Solutions, and GryphClaw Property Management, among others.
Throughout his career, Bret has successfully launched and led ten operating companies, ranging from transportation and logistics firms to property holdings, software, and specialized vehicle upfitting. Known for his "Doing Business Differently" philosophy, he focuses on creating value for both partners and employees. His leadership at Precision Vehicle Logistics notably earned the company the 2021 Supplier of the Year Award, reflecting his commitment to excellence across multiple industries.
